Do you offer any other finishes?
Our plaques and Door Knockers can also be done in Antique Brass, and our Door Knockers can be done in Satin Brass. However, you will need to contact us in order to get a price.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
We try to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. However, you should wait 1-2 weeks for delivery of your order of any of our Polished or Satin Brass Plaques, Door Knockers, or Mirror Plaques. For our Chrome and Nickel Plaques, the wait time is 2-3 weeks.
Do you do any symbols or graphics?
We are capable of doing some symbols (such as the Handicap symbol) and some graphics. Please contact us if you need this service.
Can I specify the size for a plaque that I want?
We can make plaques to specific sizes, as long as they are rectangular/square in shape. The pricing varies depending on the dimensions and thickness of the plaque desired. Please contact us if you require a custom size plaque.
What kind of Warranty do you provide?
Limited One Year Warranty. Prestige Plaques will replace, repair or refinish any item returned to us due to defective materials or poor workmanship. We will not assume any damages caused due to vandalism, improper installation, exposure to moisture, improper cleaning, high humidity or careless handling. Any returns must have an authorization number from Prestige Plaques.
How do I take care of my Brass Plaque?
Cleaning & Care Instructions. All products should be wiped with a clean, dry, soft cloth. For heavier cleaning, use warm water with light detergent only, do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaner.
What is your policy on cancelled orders?
Cancelled Orders. If an order, or a portion of the order, is cancelled after production begins, customer will be billed for all materials and labor incurred up to the point of cancellation
