There are two ways that you can place your order:
ONLINE
- When you decided which item you want, select the quantity, finish (if applicable) and text style. For ordering a Door Knocker, you need to select whether you need a viewer or not.
- Press the Buy Button underneath the item you want. Your shopping cart will open on another window.
- If you are ready to check out, press “Secure Checkout”
- If you have a Paypal account, enter your Log In information, otherwise select “click here”
- Enter your Shipping Information. Then Select Continue Checkout.
- Enter your Billing Information. IMPORTANT!!! Scroll down to the “Message to the Seller”, it is here where you will let us know what is it that you want engraved on your item (Please print Upper and Lower case as you wanted). Select Continue Checkout.

Please include the following information:
- Item Number
- Finish
- Enamel Color (Black, White, Red, Blue or Green)
- Font (Block, Script, or Old English)
- If ordering a Door Knocker, please specify if you require a Viewer
- Text to be Engraved (Please print Upper and Lower case as you wanted)
- Shipping Address
- Credit Card Number and Expiration Date
- Billing Address
- Name and Contact Information
